JunctionRelay Cloud offers the flexibility to be used as a complete standalone solution or integrated seamlessly with your self-hosted JunctionRelay Servers locally for powerful hybrid local + cloud functionality.
Registration & Licensing¶
Get started with JunctionRelay Cloud immediately through our free trial account, which provides full access to all JunctionRelay Cloud features with these initial limitations:
- Cloud-only devices: Register up to 100 devices with 1 active device* to trial the capabilities
- Local-synchronized devices: Connect up to 100 devices from your JunctionRelay Server backends with 1 active device* at a time
*Upgrade to Pro licensing to activate all 200 devices
Core Features¶
End-to-End Encryption of Sensitive Device Data¶
JunctionRelay operates on Zero Trust principles, ensuring your local and self-hosted backends are never implicitly trusted. Security remains the top priority - beyond minimal device identification and health reporting, all sensitive data is either:
- Fully encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption before transmission
- Never transmitted to JunctionRelay servers at all, remaining exclusively on your local infrastructure
Your sensitive device data stays under your complete control while still enabling powerful cloud-enhanced functionality.
Push Notifications¶
Stay connected to your devices anywhere with the JunctionRelay Mobile app. Receive real-time push notifications for any active device registered in your JunctionRelay Cloud Dashboard, ensuring you never miss critical alerts or status updates.
Unified Device Management¶
Whether your devices connect directly to the cloud or through your local JunctionRelay Server, the dashboard provides a single pane of glass for:
- Device status monitoring and health reporting
- Configuration management across hybrid deployments (in development - coming soon)
